IT Support Officer
Responsibilities:
- Provide support and maintenance for IT hardware
- Provide after sales service
- Provide troubleshooting for Windows -based applications and network related problem
- Monitor company’s in-house IT system
- Assist in company’s product business development
- Able to collaborate with software principal and other departments to maximize project wins
Requirements:
- Possess minimum a Diploma / Degree in Computer Science or equivalent IT qualifications or higher. Working experience in IT will be an advantage
- Able to speak in English. Proficiency in Mandarin and BM will be an added advantage
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Fluent in English. Proficiency in Mandarin and BM will be an added advantage
- Basic knowledge on IT. Knowledge in database or programming will an added advantage
- Able to work independently and self motivated
- Possess good analytical and problem solving skills
- Interested/Passionate to learn about business
- Willingness to learn and a team player
- Willingness to travel around Malaysia and abroad
- Must possess own transport
- On-the-job training will be provided
